SHIPPING
We ship USPS within 5-7 business days after payment is received (holidays excluded). If there is a delay, we'll get in touch with you. Orders weighing more than13oz ship USPS Priority. Shipping insurance is optional for an additional fee. You'll receive tracking information when order is sent.

Shipping/handling charges are based on the number of items ordered: $1.00 per item up to $6 maximum. Additional items are shipped for free (USA only). Outside USA: contact us for shipping/handling charges.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available, sent in attractive greeting cards with personalized sentiments. Gift certificates never expire & may be used repeatedly until face value is reached. Shipping is free for Gift Certificate orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
KEEPSAKES accepts returns or exchanges within 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER, only in original condition. Please inform us by email: studio@keepstreet.com or phone (800)375-4767 prior to returning or exchanging items. Please include your name & email address clearly written inside package & authorization number. We'll let you know when your package arrives. We return original purchase price, excluding shipping/handling as well as a 20% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for packages without authorization number.

CARE FOR SWITCHPLATES
KEEPSAKES decorative switchplates should be cleaned with a dry to almost dry cloth. They are not water resistant.

ADAPTING DESIGNS
We adapt designs to fit all configurations. Rockers, GFI, Decora and outlets have large cutouts. If desired, we are glad to email a picture of the finished product to ensure your satisfaction, prior to ordering with no obligation to buy.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Customer satisfaction is precious to us. When possible, we try to accommodate special requests for specific colors, themes, etc. Special items are non-returnable... so we will gladly email pictures of the finished product for your approval. Certain design changes may require additional fees which will be negotiated prior to ordering.
