Most orders are shipped via USPS within 7 business days after payment is received - excluding holidays. We will contact you in the rare event of a delay or other problem. Orders weighing 1 lb or more are insured & shipped USPS Priority. You'll receive tracking information when your order is shipped. The following instructions will be included: Gift Certificates may be used repeatedly until their face value is reached without an expiration date. Customers will be credited for any remaining amount. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items returned in their original condition. Please list the desired Initial & Font needed in the "Special Instructions" area on the order form. If ordering more than 1 Initial Switchplate design or configuration, be sure to list instructions clearly, as well as your email address & phone number in case clarification is needed.

KEEPSAKES decorative switchplates are easily cleaned with a dry or almost dry cloth. Do not immerse in water.
ADAPTING DESIGNS
Please note that when ordering Rockers, GFI, Decora & Outlet plates, the larger holes required for these styles will eliminate a larger portion of the design than with a regular toggle switchplate. KEEPSAKES adapts designs to fit all configurations. However, if a desired design with a large opening is in question, we will be glad to email a picture of the finished product to ensure your satisfaction.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Customer satisfaction is precious to us. Whenever possible, we try to accommodate special requests for specific colors, themes, etc. Because these special items are non-returnable, we'll be glad to email pictures of finished product for your approval. Additional fees will be negotiated prior to filling orders.
